Health Promotion Ontario (HPO) offers volunteer opportunities through working groups for a variety of initiatives. This is an opportunity for health promoters to get involved and be part of something bigger.
Executive Committee
Our executive committee is looking for new volunteer members to join us. Members will contribute to HPO’s strategic plan, participate in subcommittees and hold office for 2 years.
Advocacy Working Group
HPO is seeking 3–5 passionate volunteers to join our Advocacy Working Group. This group will help bring the critical importance of health promotion ideas and practice to light across the province. As part of the team, you will:

Identify timely and important issues where a health promotion lens can make a difference.

Spotlight under-appreciated issues.

Expand the boundaries of health promotion by introducing forward-thinking concepts and practices.
