Join Our Team

Location: Ontario, Remote Work
Type: Part time, Volunteer 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate professional development programs for staff and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training materials and resources.

  • Coordinate and manage training schedules, logistics, and communications.

  • Assess training needs and gather feedback to continuously improve program effectiveness.

  • Monitor and report on program outcomes and participant satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Qualifications in Public Health, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination or professional development.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with learning management systems.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
