Location: Ontario, Remote Work
Type: Part time, Volunteer
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and evaluate professional development programs for staff and stakeholders.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training materials and resources.

Coordinate and manage training schedules, logistics, and communications.

Assess training needs and gather feedback to continuously improve program effectiveness.

Monitor and report on program outcomes and participant satisfaction.
Qualifications:

Qualifications in Public Health, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination or professional development.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with learning management systems.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
